Terms of Service

Legal review notice. These website terms state our current standard position. A signed service order, service agreement or data-security agreement takes precedence where it contains different terms.

1. Agreement

These terms form an agreement between ASTRUM AI SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. (trading as "HireSalesAI", "we", "us") and the business that subscribes to the service ("you", "customer"). By creating an account and paying for a subscription, you accept these terms on behalf of your business.

2. The service

HireSalesAI provides an AI sales agent that handles buyer conversations inside connected channels, using the product, price, stock and sales rules you load and approve. The service is designed to qualify buyers, recommend in-stock products, handle common objections, move a conversation toward a quote, and hand a structured summary to your team where a human decision is required.

3. Accounts and access

• You must give accurate business and billing information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for the users you invite and for keeping credentials secure.
• You must have lawful authority to connect each channel and to upload the data you provide.
• Credentials, API keys and verification codes are exchanged through our approved secure process and must not be sent through ordinary chat.

4. Subscription, fees and payment

• HireSalesAI is sold as a monthly subscription starting from US$300 per month.
• There are no per-seat fees.
• The subscription is billed in advance for each month.
• Fees exclude any third-party channel costs, which are passed through at cost where they apply.
• Implementation, workflow design or additional done-with-you services, where you ask for them, are quoted separately.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' written notice before your next renewal.

5. No free trial, and cancellation

There is no free trial. The subscription begins when you first pay. You can cancel monthly, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for. Amounts already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it or where we fail to provide the service.

6. Your data and responsibilities

• You own your data. We claim no ownership over your product information, price lists or buyer conversations.
• You confirm you have a lawful basis to share buyer data with us and to have it processed as part of the service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the product, price, stock and delivery information you approve.
• You are responsible for complying with the rules of the messaging platforms you connect.

7. AI outputs and human approval

HireSalesAI generates replies automatically within the rules you approve. It can make mistakes. You remain responsible for the commercial decisions made through your account. Special pricing, discounts beyond your approved range, negotiation, contracts, payments and delivery commitments must be confirmed by a person on your side. The service is designed to stop at that boundary and hand the conversation over.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use HireSalesAI to: send unlawful, misleading or harassing messages; contact people who have asked not to be contacted; infringe intellectual property; attempt to reverse engineer or resell the service without written agreement; or use it in a way that breaks the rules of a connected messaging platform.

9. Third-party channels

HireSalesAI works with third-party messaging channels. Those channels are not controlled by us. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions or fees imposed by them. Available channels are listed on our website, and a channel is only described as supported once it has passed a working test.

10. Intellectual property

We own the HireSalesAI software, models, prompts, interface and documentation. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own business during your subscription. You keep ownership of your content and data.

11. Confidentiality

Each side will protect the other's confidential information and use it only to perform this agreement. We do not disclose that you are a customer, or use your name or logo publicly, without your written permission.

12. Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available continuously and to correct material faults promptly. We may suspend the service briefly for maintenance, security incidents or third-party failures. Support is provided by email at liangziqian@saleforteai.com, normally within one business day. No separate uptime service level applies unless it is written into your service order.

13. Disclaimers

The service is provided as a business tool. We do not guarantee any particular number of orders, revenue, conversion rate or return on investment. We do not warrant that the AI will never produce an incorrect reply. You are expected to review behaviour during and after setup and to configure approval rules that match your risk tolerance.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost business opportunity. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Term and termination

The agreement runs monthly until cancelled. Either side may terminate with 30 days' written notice, or immediately for material breach that is not fixed within 14 days of notice. On termination you lose access, and the retention and deletion rules below apply.

16. Export, retention and deletion

• On request, we provide an export of your configuration and conversation records in a commonly used format.
• Conversation content and configuration are deleted within 30 days after termination or after your deletion request.
• Deletion is confirmed to you in writing.
• Encrypted backups are fully purged within 90 days.
• Invoices and billing records may be retained up to 7 years where tax law requires it.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified to account holders at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer or local rule requires otherwise. Before starting formal proceedings, both sides agree to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through written notice and a 30-day discussion period.
